Lemon Coconut Overnight Oats
- Yield: 2 1x
- ¼ Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
- ½ cup Coconut Cream
- ½ tsp organic lemon extract
- ¼ Dunaliella Salina Powder
- ¼ unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 fresh lemon slice
- ½ cup gluten-free oats
- Mix all lemon layer ingredients in a bowl.
- In a mason jar start with a layer of oats, lemon, coconut & Yoso vanilla coconut yogurt, Yoso coconut yogurt and repeat until the jar is full. Top it all with a lemon slice.
