Lighten Up Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ unsweetened coconut cream
  • 1 cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp white vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp Maca

Instructions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. 2. Makes about 1-1.5 cups.
