Mint Matcha Chia – Pinapple Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

For the Chia Pudding:

4 tbsp chia
¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp organic peppermint extract
½ tsp organic matcha powder

For the Smoothie:

1 frozen banana
¼ cup frozen mango
¼ cup frozen pineapple
3 tbsp coconut yogurt
3 tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 scoop collagen or protein powder
½ avocado
1 stemless wine glass.

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds, yogurt, matcha, peppermint and maple syrup and add to the bottom of the wine glass.
  2. Blend all smoothie ingredients and add smoothie to chia bottom.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
