Orange & White Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients

For the Coconut Smoothie:

½ Cup Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
½ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Cream (room temperature)
½ Frozen Banana
¼ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla protein Powder of choice (preferably Vanilla)
1 Tsp White Vanilla Powder

For the Dreamsicle Smoothie:

2 Whole oranges peeled and frozen
1 Tsp white vanilla powder
½ cup Coconut Water
¼ cup coconut cream
½ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

For the Coconut Smoothie:

  1. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. To make thicker add more coconut cream or yogurt.
  3. Add into popsicle trays and fill half full leaving the other half for the orange.

For the Dreamsicle Smoothie:

  1. Slice frozen oranges into smaller pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Add into popsicle trays with the coconut smoothie and freeze for at least 4 hours and enjoy! (makes 6 popsicles.)
