Peanut Butter & Banana S’more

  • 2 Mary’s Chocolate Chip cookies
  • 1 regular size Marshmallow (Dandie’s brand)
  • 1 piece dark chocolate (I used endangered species brand)
  • 23 slices of fresh banana
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter


  1. Roast your marshmallow over the fire until golden or burned (depending on what you like!)
  2. Add peanut butter to one side of the Mary’s cookie
  3. Add 2-3 slices of banana on top of the peanut butter.
  4. Add chocolate piece to other Mary’s cookie
  5. Sandwich with roasted Marshmallow and enjoy!
