Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Bites

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 500 gram jar creamy cashew butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp coconut flour
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Add nut butter and maple syrup into a bowl and mix well
  2. Mix in coconut oil
  3. Add in coconut flour and cacao powder and mix until you can roll it into a ball without sticking to your hands.
  4. Roll into loonie size balls and roll in shredded coconut
  5. Keep in the fridge
  6. Makes about 20-24 energy bites to each recipe.
