Pina Colada Berry Popsicle

Ingredients

For the Pina Colada:

½ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
½ cup unsweetened coconut cream
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
½ ripe avocado
1 scoop e3Live Blue Majik
1 scoop protein powder of choice

For the Berry Smoothie:

8 medium frozen strawberries
½ Cup coconut cream
2 Tbsp Yoso Unsweetenend Coconut Yogurt
¼ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Tsp White Vanilla Powder
1 Tsp White Maca Powder
½ Frozen Banana
1 Scoop Protein Powder of Choice

Instructions

For the Pina Colada:

  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Add to your popsicle trays leaving half empty for the berry.

For the Berry Smoothie:

  1. In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Add to fill the other half of the popsicle to make your Pina colada berry popsicles!
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours. (Makes 6 popsicles.)
