Pineapple Lemon Nicecream

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 3 tbsp Yoso coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp collagen (for protein)


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend on low until thick.
  2. Serve with coconut flakes on top!
