Spicy Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 medium lemon
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds
  • protein powder of choice

Instructions

  1. Directions: add to blender and blend until smooth.
