Vanilla Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

For the White Layer:

¼ Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt

For the Berry Layer:

½ cup Yoso Coconut Yogurt
¼ cup blackberries
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup strawberries
¼ blueberries

Other Ingredients:

¼ unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup gluten-free oats
Pinch of cinnamon for the top

Instructions

  1. Add a layer of oats to the bottom of a stemless wine glass or jar.
  2. Add a layer of yogurt, then berries, then cinnamon and then a second layer of oats, yogurt and berries. Top with cinnamon and enjoy!
