Warm Cinnamon Chai Drink
- Yield: 1 1x
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 chai tea bag (steeped in ¼ cup coconut milk for 5 minutes)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 cinnamon stick
- In a medium size pot add the coconut milk and steeped chai tea bag and maple syrup and mix well.
- Once the milk comes to a low simmer, add cinnamon and coconut cream and mix well and turn off the heat.
- Garnish with your cinnamon stir stick.
