Warm Gingerbread Drink

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium size pot over medium heat add coconut milk, honey and molasses and whisk together well.
  2. Add spices, coconut cream and vanilla powder and mix well and let lightly simmer.
  3. Turn off heat one simmering and pour into your favorite mug!
