Gluten-Free Herb Flatbread

Gluten-free Herb Flatbread
  1. 2 cups gluten-free Bob Red Mills All Purpose Flour
  2. 1.5 cups water
  3. 2 tbsp maple syrup
  4. 1 tbsp olive oil
  5. 1 tsp sea salt
  6. 2 tsp baking powder
  7. 2 eggs
Olive oil mixture
  1. 4 tbsp olive oil
  2. 3 tsp garlic powder
  3. 1 tsp sea salt
  4. 1 tsp basil flakes
  5. 1 tsp oregano flakes
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Add all flatbread ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add a piece of parchment paper to a cookie sheet
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment (roughly half inch thick)
  5. Mix oil and spices in a bowl
  6. Top with oil/spice mixture and bake 22 minutes, flip pan around after 10 minutes to evenly bake.
  7. Let cool slightly, slice and enjoy!
