Lavender Lemon Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  1. Ingredients
  2. 1 Lavender tea bag steeped in ½ cup coconut milk
  3. A handful of frozen blackberries
  4. A handful of frozen blueberries
  5. ½ avocado
  6. 1/2 tsp organic lemon extract
  7. A handful of fresh spinach (or frozen)
  8. 3 tbsp coconut cream
  9. 3 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  10. ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  11. 1 tsp Collagen
  12. Toppings
  13. 1 tsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt to swirl on top of smoothie
  14. Blueberries
  15. Coconut chips
  16. Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high power blender until smooth and pour into your favourite bowl! Top with shredded coconut, blueberries and coconut chips and swirl 1 tsp of coconut yogurt on top of all.
