Peanut Butter & Jam Parfait

Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • ¼ cup Yoso yogurt
  • 2 tbsp plain creamy peanut butter

For the White Layer:

  • ¼ cup Yoso yogurt

For the Jam Layer:

  • 4 strawberries
  • ¼ cup Yoso yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter and yogurt. Add one layer at the bottom of a jar or wine glass.
  2. Add a layer of plain yogurt.
  3. Blend the jam layer in a blender and add on top of the white layer.
  4. Repeat layering process and enjoy!
