Pitaya Pink & Coconut White Smoothie Bowl

For the Pink Smoothie:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • A handful of frozen strawberries
  • 2 tsp pitaya powder
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp Yoso Unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp Collagen

For the White Smoothie:

  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp Collagen
  • Toppings
  • Rose petals
  • Chia seeds
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend the pink and white ingredients separately and fill each half of the bowl with 1 half white and 1 half pink. Top with rose petals, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
