Pitaya Pink and Coconut White Smoothie Bowl
Serves 2
  1. For the Pitaya (Pink)
  2. 1 frozen banana
  3. A handful of frozen strawberries
  4. 2 tsp pitaya powder
  5. ¼ cup coconut cream
  6. 3 tbsp Yoso Unsweetened coconut yogurt
  7. 1 tsp Collagen
  8. For the White
  9. 1.5 frozen bananas
  10. ¼ cup coconut cream
  11. 3 tbsp Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
  12. 1 tsp Collagen
  13. Toppings
  14. Rose petals
  15. Chia seeds
  16. Shredded coconut
  1. Blend the pink and white ingredients separately and fill each half of the bowl with 1 half white and 1 half pink. Top with rose petals, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
