Schizandra Berry & Peppermint Tea

Today it’s all about simplicity. This Schizandra Berry & Peppermint tea has a nice flavor with a bit of sour and a hint of mint. Mint leaves are great for supporting digestion and calming the stomach. They also give fresh breath. The berries are great for supporting sharpening of the mind with a mental boost. They also support younger looking skin and lowering. Who doesn’t want that?!

All you have to do is grab a small handful of mint leaves and a small handful of the berries and steep in hot water for about 5-10 minutes. Or serve cold. You can also put the leaves and berries into a steeper. I just love to let them float freely in the mug.
