Ingredients

Handful of dried schizandra berries

Handful of peppermint leaves

Hot water

Your favorite mug

Instructions

  1. Place berries and leaves in hot water, or in a steeper
  2. Leave for 5 – 10 minutes, depending on the strength you like
  3. Enjoy!
