Have you ever been in a battle or fight with your weight and thought that adding more exercise would be the answer? I had this assumption and belief for years of my life. I believed that I just had to exercise more often to lose weight or keep it off. I had this belief until the opposite started to happen.

Intense exercise is not something I really enjoyed, but I forced myself to do it because I thought it was healthy, I thought it’s what my body wanted and I thought it’s what I needed to do to lose weight and keep it off.
