  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh spinach
  • 1 Scoop protein powder of choice
  • 2 scoops e3live Blue Majik
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt


  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Makes about 1-1.5 cups.
  3. Add a layer or two of Basic Roots Granola or top with Basic Roots Mini Moons for an added treat.
