Double Chocolate Overnight Oats
- Yield: 1-2 1x
¼ Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
½ cup Vanilla Yoso
1 tsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup cacao nibs
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup gluten-free oats
1 stemless wine glass or mason jar
Mix all chocolate layer ingredients in a bowl.
In a mason jar start with a layer of oats, then the chocolate layer, cacao nibs, then chocolate chips, oats, yogurt and repeat until the jar is full. Top with chocolate chips and cacao nibs and serve.
