Green Kiwi Mango Smoothie with Banana Lemon Chia Bottom

Ingredients

For the Chia Pudding:

4 tbsp chia
¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
½ banana mashed
1 tsp organic lemon extract

For the Smoothie:

1 frozen banana
¼ cup frozen mango
3 tbsp coconut yogurt
3 tbsp coconut cream
1 kiwi (with the skin off)
1 scoop collagen or protein powder
½ avocado
1 stemless wine glass.

Instructions

  1. Blend yogurt with banana, maple syrup and lemon, and mix with chia.
  2. Add to the bottom of the wine glass.
  3. Blend all smoothie ingredients and add smoothie to chia bottom.
  4. Serve and enjoy
