Neapolitan Overnight Oats

Key Ingredient

  • Unsweetened shredded coconut

White Layer

  • ¼ cup Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
  • ½ cup gluten-free oats

Strawberry Pink Layer

  • ¼ plain Yoso Coconut Yogurt
  • 45 fresh strawberries
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Chocolate Layer

  • ¼ cup chocolate Yoso


  1. Blend strawberries and the plain Yoso Coconut Yogurt in a blender until well mixed and add the chia seeds.
  2. In a mason jar, add a layer of oats, Yoso vanilla yogurt, the strawberry layer, the chocolate layer and repeat until you fill the jar, then top it all off with shredded coconut and strawberries.
