Orange Cranberry Apple Parfait

½ tsp cinnamon
½ an orange blended with ½ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
¼ cup fresh cranberries blended into ½ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
½ a gala apple sliced into ¼ sized pieces
2 tbsps unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ tsp matcha (to mix into coconut yogurt)
1 stemless wine glass or mason jar
½ cup Yoso unsweetened coconut yogurt
¼ cup gluten-free oats (I use Only Oats)


  1. Blend yogurt with an orange in a blender and add to a cup
  2. Clean the blender and then add cranberries and yogurt, blend and add to a second cup.
  3. Add a layer of plain coconut yogurt to the bottom of your jar or stemless wine glass.
    Add a layer of oats, coconut, orange yogurt layer, cranberry layer, a dash of cinnamon, 4 apple slices and repeat the layering until you fill the jar.
    Enjoy!  Serves 1-2
