Pear Banana Smoothie Bowl

For the Smoothie:
2 frozen bananas
1 fresh pear sliced in half and cored
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp. coconut yogurt
3 tbsp. coconut cream
1 scoop collagen or protein powder
½ avocado
For the Toppings:
Dragon fruit hearts
Dark chocolate
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Chia seeds


Blend all smoothie ingredients and add to a bowl.
Top with preferred ingredients
Serve and enjoy
