Turkey Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Gluten-free Flour
  • 1 tsp Aluminum-free Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 Tbsp grade B or C Organic Maple Syrup
  • 2 Medium Organic Gala Apples Shredded
  • 1 Package Winter’s Turkey Deli Style Slices
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
  2. Add turkey pieces and cook until brown & slice into small pieces
  3. In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, sea salt and cinnamon, stir well
  4. Add in eggs, maple syrup, milk, oil, shredded apple, turkey and vanilla and mix well
  5. Over medium/high heat add 1 Tbsp coconut oil and drop batter making medium size pancakes
  6. Flip pancakes once golden brown on the underside
  7. Top with organic maple syrup and enjoy!
