They are free of gluten, dairy, soy, corn and refined sugar – some of the most common food sensitivities I see people struggling with.
While these are common food sensitivities, I don’t have it as part of my client protocol that you have to go gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free. It’s more based off of how you feel with certain foods!
