Cool Greens & Watermelon Juice

4 Mini cucumbers
4 Stalks celery
Handful of fresh parsley
34 medium chunks of watermelon cut off the rind (it’s about 2 cups)


  1. Thoroughly wash cucumbers, celery and parsley
  2. Cut watermelon off rind into small chunks that will fit into your juicer
  3. Turn on juicer and juice through celery, cucumber, watermelon and parsley. This makes me one serving of about 2 cups!
  4. Enjoy or store chilled in the fridge for 1-2 days!


I love juicing! It’s delicious, quick and this particular juice is quite the colorful feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. I have tons of watermelon kicking around so I figured I would keep going with another recipe including watermelon! Enjoy!
