Cool Greens & Watermelon Juice
- Yield: 1 1x
4 Mini cucumbers
4 Stalks celery
Handful of fresh parsley
3–4 medium chunks of watermelon cut off the rind (it’s about 2 cups)
- Thoroughly wash cucumbers, celery and parsley
- Cut watermelon off rind into small chunks that will fit into your juicer
- Turn on juicer and juice through celery, cucumber, watermelon and parsley. This makes me one serving of about 2 cups!
- Enjoy or store chilled in the fridge for 1-2 days!
I love juicing! It’s delicious, quick and this particular juice is quite the colorful feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. I have tons of watermelon kicking around so I figured I would keep going with another recipe including watermelon! Enjoy!
